Dive into Our Returns Policy
We’re all about smooth sailing, both on the water and with your returns! But before you send your gear back, please make sure it meets the following conditions. Otherwise, we might have to refuse the return or apply a small 15% restocking fee. We don't want to, but hey, let’s keep it fair game for everyone…
- All returned items need to be in brand-new condition, untouched by the sea, and in their original packaging, complete with tags, manuals, and accessories. Like when you’re spearing - be sure before you pull the trigger!
- As much as we love to hear that your gear is ocean-ready, if it’s been swimming with you, we can’t take it back.
- Please be gentle with your gear! We can't take responsibility for any damage caused by rough handling or misuse.
- Lost, stolen, or ocean-swept? While we’d love to help, we can’t be held responsible for lost or damaged goods once they’re yours.
- If your items arrived damaged or something’s missing, let us know within 7 days of receiving your package—like your dive buddy, we’ll do our best to jump in to help right away!
- Wetsuits need to be as dry as the desert, tags still attached, and unused to qualify for a return. If it’s for warranty reasons, please make sure they’re bone-dry both inside and out. A wet wetsuit slows us down (and no one likes a soggy process).
Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
Be sure hitting the trigger on a sale item, like a fish, once it’s hit - there’s no going back! Here’s what you need to know:
- Sale items can’t be returned, unless there’s a warranty issue.
- Special orders, discontinued items, or anything listed as a "Special Order" on our site are non-refundable. If accepted for return, they may require a restocking fee and could be returned as store credit or a voucher for future adventures!
- If an item is defective, we’ll make it right! Depending on the issue, we’ll repair, exchange, or refund it at our discretion for the same model or its manufacturer's equivalent.
Returns & Exchanges
Not sure this gear is your perfect catch? No worries – here’s what you need to know to cut that item loose and set it free.
Does your item meet the following criteria?
- Is it unused and still in its original eco-friendly packaging?
- Has it been on deck but never taken a dive into the ocean (or any water)?
- Is it within 30 days of your original purchase?
- Was it not purchased on sale or clearance?
If you checked all those boxes, fill out the online return form here, pack it back up, and send it swimming back to us. We’ll handle the rest!
Once we receive and confirm that your items are in good condition, we’ll issue a refund. Please allow up to 30 days for the credit to appear. Refunds will be made in the same form as your original payment.
Purchases made with gift vouchers will be refunded as new vouchers – just like keeping plastic out of the ocean, we can’t convert gift cards into cash.
